Job Description:

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Our Transition/Fellowship program is a combination didactic and preceptorship which aids in transition to a new clinical specialty.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care
Provide individualized, comprehensive care
Make critical assessments
Perform skilled procedures
Implement patient care plans
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
Organize and prioritize patient care activities
Complete patient assessments
Complete an individualized plan of care
Implement interventions based on nursing and medical plan of care
Reassess the patient to verify effectiveness of interventions
Recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition

Requirements:

Requires 1 year of acute care experience
Minimum education as required for licensure
Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire
Neonatal Resuscitation Program, upon hire
