Our transitional fellowship programs have been created to assist in the professional development of nurses who have not worked in acute care, have had a break from acute care or are seeking to change specialties in nursing. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Job Responsibility:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients

Implementation
Evaluation
Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current California License required
1+ years of RN experience
Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
Neonatal Resuscitation Program - NRP, within 30 Days
Additional Certifications to be required based on department requirements
Must be able to complete entire program with perfect attendance record
Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residency
Must be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidays
Must agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
