The Registered Nurse assigned to the Acute Care Float Pool receives $7.50/hour float pool premium & Sign On bonus! The RN utilizes strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Job Responsibility:
Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized care plans.
Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Adapts quickly to new unit environments, policies, and procedures.
Maintains current RN licensure and required certifications.
Participates in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
Adheres to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Current WA State RN license is required.
1 or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients.
CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
