Job Responsibility

Perform a variety of clinical duties necessary to the daily operation of the assigned Department
Answer telephone calls
Triage phone calls regarding patient’s medical concerns
Triage prescription refill requests
Obtain prior authorizations for patient’s medication request
Obtain pre-certification for imaging procedures
Provide skin care and dressing changes
Provide injections as ordered by a physician
