Job Responsibility:
Prepare individualized nursing assessment for each assigned patient
Perform assessment on pediatric and geriatric patients
Assume responsibility for guiding other clinical nurses through comprehensive assessment process
Identify specific patient problems, determine their common interrelationships, and establish priorities for plan of care
Observe, identify and collect data to identify nursing care needs of the patients
Plan for direct care and collaboration with other clinical nurses in care planning process
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Registered Nurse: CA RN License
Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
