RN ICU Intensive Care

RN ICU Intensive Care position at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Lakeway, TX. Full-time, 36 hrs. per week, Night Shift (self-scheduling with rotating weekends). The ICU specializes in neurosurgery, STEMI, Balloon pumps, CRRT, Artic Sun, and cares for patients with EVDs, Primary Stroke, DKA, Septic Shock. The role involves overseeing patient care using a professional practice model, including patient assessment, creating care plans, and following the Texas Nursing Practice Act.
