Job Responsibility

  • Ensure a professional and responsive atmosphere by greeting patients, visitors, staff, and physicians promptly and courteously
  • Perform initial assessment utilizing professional nursing knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to unit and department problem solving and issue resolution
  • Communicate effectively and contribute to positive unit and interdepartmental relationships
  • Maintain a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance, wears prescribed departmental uniform, wears identification name badge
  • Arrive punctually, take appropriate time for breaks, use sick time

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing and One to two years clinical nursing experience
  • Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire
