Managing patients with complex neurological conditions, including strokes, post-craniectomy, and those requiring ventriculostomy or TPA
Expertise in ventilator management, arterial and central lines, as well as stroke assessment
Lead titration of drips
Collaborating closely with experienced charge nurses, house supervisors, and tele/monitor techs who read and interpret Phillips monitors
Twelve-hour night shifts with a dedicated team
Floating to other hospital units as needed
Experience in managing multiple high-acuity patients with a wide array of equipment from vents to high-flow oxygen devices
