RN: ICU/CCU/Critical Care

As part of your routine, you'll manage patients with complex conditions such as COVID-19, post-surgical cases, and cardiac patients, including those with devices like Impella and VADs. You'll interpret ABGs, titrate critical drips, and assist with ventilator management, including troubleshooting and weaning. The focus is on maintaining high acuity patients with a blend of technical skills and quick decision-making.
