We're Growing at Reid Home Health - -Richmond, Indiana. Service area includes: Wayne, Union, Fayette, Randolph, Franklin, Henry County in Indiana. Preble & Darke County in Ohio. Per Diem RN Home Health. Day Shift - Flexible PRN Work Schedule. NO After-Hour On-Call Requirements! – Reclaim your weekly personal time! Job Responsibility:

  • Apply your expertise directly in a patient's most comfortable environment, delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care
  • Develop, implement, and dynamically adjust comprehensive care plans that promote patient independence and well-being
  • Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team – physicians, therapists, and support staff – to ensure holistic care
  • Serve as a vital resource for patients and their families, providing crucial teaching and emotional support
  • Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team
  • Utilize leading-edge tools and best practices to optimize care delivery and maintain precise documentation

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!)
  • Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
