Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Home Health experience is a significant plus
Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
