You’ll begin each shift by taking report from a nursing teammate before making your rounds. You’ll provide continued care and perform procedures as detailed in the care plan. To thrive in this role, you’ll depend on your ability to evaluate and prioritize patients quickly based on their medical necessity. As the experts on the front line of patient care, our nurses provide input and insight in creating change, improving the process, and reshaping the way our patient care is delivered.
