RN Clinical Training Specialist

• Complete initial training (6-8 weeks depending on experience) on client-specific medical devices
• Lead site implementations across 4 hospital locations (approximately 2 weeks per site)
• Provide hands-on training and support for clinical staff during rollouts
• Travel as needed for site implementations (local and out-of-state), typically in 1-2 week intervals
• Adapt to varying schedules, including day, night, and occasional overnight shifts

• RN preferred with an active license in New Hampshire or Massachusetts (no restrictions)
• BSN or MSN preferred (will evaluate individually)
• Acute care hospital experience required (ER, Med-Surg, ICU, Critical Care)
• Familiarity with medical devices (e.g., IV pumps)
• Ability to build strong relationships with clinical staff
• Must be highly flexible with travel and scheduling

Open to candidates with medical device sales/implementation experience if hospital background is strong
