Job Responsibility:
Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
Requirements:
Active RN license (in applicable state)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
Supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
