Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
  • Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
  • Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
  • Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
  • Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (in applicable state)
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
