Job Responsibility
Coordinates provision of care across the continuum for pediatric patients with a hematology and/or oncology diagnosis
Advocates for the patient and family through triage, education, and navigation of insurance authorization requirements
Identifies, accesses, and allocates resources to meet the goals of care, as identified by the multidisciplinary team, in partnership with the patient and family
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
California RN License
BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by American Heart Association
Must qualify for California Children's Services (CCS) Paneling
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to manage large call volumes and triage patient care needs appropriately
Experience working with children and adolescents with hematology and/or oncology diagnoses
