As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Job Responsibility:
Administer, oversee and document the administration of medications as ordered
Assess patient to include physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral/emotional, developmental and spiritual needs
Implement appropriate patient interventions and evaluate outcomes
Provide holistic, comprehensive, and professional nursing care
Prepare patient for discharge and assist with coordinating post discharge needs
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence
Document care delivered and patient status utilizing the nursing process
Receive and assure appropriateness, accuracy, timeliness and execution of physician orders
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
1-2 years med/surg experience and successful completion of critical care residency program or new graduate with completion of senior practicum in a specialty area i.e.: critical care, ED, PACU and successful completion of critical care residency program
Registered Nurse: WA
Basic Life Support - CPR
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
Nice to have:
Bachelors Of Science Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting
Open Heart Experience preferred
Previous PCU/ICU experience or Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute
Certified Neuroscience RN
