Under the direction of nursing leadership, serves as a resource to provide relief for staff meals and rest breaks. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Administers, oversees and documents the administration of medications
Assesses patient to include physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral/emotional, developmental and spiritual needs
Implements appropriate patient interventions and evaluates outcomes
Plans care appropriately based on needs identified during initial and on-going assessments
Provides holistic, comprehensive, and professional nursing care
Prepares patient for discharge and assists with coordinating post discharge needs
Demonstrates proper use of available communication tools/materials for effective communication
Demonstrates competent professional practice and engages in opportunities for professional growth
Documents care delivered and patient status utilizing the nursing process
Receives and assures appropriateness, accuracy, timeliness and execution of physician orders
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
1-2 years med/surg experience and successful completion of critical care residency program or New graduate with completion of senior practicum in a specialty area i.e.: critical care, ED, PACU and successful completion of critical care residency program

Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months

One year of related work experience in an acute care setting
Previous PCU/ICU experience or Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute
