Job Description:

Registered Nurse – Branch Manager for Angels Care Home Health. The company is nationally recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ and offers a supportive environment for long-term career growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day direction of branch operations to ensure quality and efficient operations
  • Coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency
  • Oversee QI issues at the branch level
  • Direct staff regarding agency policy and procedure

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Valid Registered Nursing License

  • Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, in setting priorities, and in developing plan of care
  • Conducts or assists with quarterly record reviews and communicates findings and recommendations to Executive Director and appropriate organization personnel
  • Assists in the formulation, revision, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures, as well as strategic goals and objectives
