Job Responsibility:
Organizes and directs the day-to-day operations of a branch
Oversees the implementation and oversight of all patient care programs for a branch and achievement of both clinical and administrative outcomes
Oversees for the financial performance of the branch
Ensures adequate staffing levels at branch locations to meet patient needs
Ensures compliance of current Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement regulations and changes
Ensures all documentation is accurate, complete, timely and adheres to Medicare guidelines
Assures compliance with the requirements of state licensure, Medicare certification, and any other applicable oversight agencies
Directs all aspects of operations and care delivery
Approves and submits time and attendance files to payroll for processing
Implements the organization’s strategic and growth-related plans
Conducts staff performance appraisals
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Healthcare or related field is required
1+ year of experience in supervisory or administrative home health or related program required
2+ years home health experience preferred
Current state license as required by state or federal guidance
Advanced clinical skills
Advanced Functional Business and management skills including time management, human and financial resources, managing budgets, etc.
Proficiency with computer and technology programs including MS office Suite, Homecare Homebase, and Workday
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop trusted relationships and networks across multiple levels including supervisory and leadership
