Job Responsibility:

  • Organizes and directs the day-to-day operations of a branch
  • Oversees the implementation and oversight of all patient care programs for a branch and achievement of both clinical and administrative outcomes
  • Oversees for the financial performance of the branch
  • Ensures adequate staffing levels at branch locations to meet patient needs
  • Ensures compliance of current Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement regulations and changes
  • Ensures all documentation is accurate, complete, timely and adheres to Medicare guidelines
  • Assures compliance with the requirements of state licensure, Medicare certification, and any other applicable oversight agencies
  • Directs all aspects of operations and care delivery
  • Approves and submits time and attendance files to payroll for processing
  • Implements the organization’s strategic and growth-related plans
  • Conducts staff performance appraisals

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Healthcare or related field is required
  • 1+ year of experience in supervisory or administrative home health or related program required
  • 2+ years home health experience preferred
  • Current state license as required by state or federal guidance
  • Advanced clinical skills
  • Advanced Functional Business and management skills including time management, human and financial resources, managing budgets, etc.
  • Proficiency with computer and technology programs including MS office Suite, Homecare Homebase, and Workday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and networks across multiple levels including supervisory and leadership
