Are you an GMC registered Psychiatry doctor, with experience of working in Psychiatry as part of a multi-disciplinary team? If so, join Potters Bar Clinic and Rhodes Wood Hospital as the Resident Medical Officer (RMO). As an RMO you will be delivering a high-quality clinical service to service users, attending seclusion reviews and escalated incidents within a timely manner, completing full physical health screen for new admissions, and working effectively with colleagues to ensure that service users have access to appropriate medical treatment. You will have an on-site bedroom with en-suite facilities based at Potters Bar Clinic and will be expected to be based on site whilst on duty except when you need to attend Rhodes Wood Hospital for medical reviews. You will be one of the responders to medical emergencies and therefore must carry a hospital radio at all times. Hours per week: 4pm to 8am Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day on Saturday and Sundays. There will be a rota system of one week on and one week off. You will be expected to work 128 hours per week, followed by a week off duty.
