Job Description:

This block booking offers a stable work pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, ensuring you can plan your life with confidence. You will be an integral part of the team at Carleton Clinic, providing high-quality care within a supportive environment. We are looking for individuals ready to commit to this specific rotation immediately.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care to patients
  • Adhere to the strict 4 on, 4 off shift pattern without deviation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and patient care

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC Pin (Band 5 RMN)
  • An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an RMN within the NHS in the last 3 years
  • A valid, in-date PMVA (BILD) certificate
  • Valid Mandatory Training certificates
  • Proof of immunisations: MMR, Hepatitis B, and BCG
  • Full UK Right to Work documentation
  • Immediate availability to commence the 4 on, 4 off rotation
