Job Description

This position is with a growing technology-focused organization and is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and refurbishment within a manufacturing or technical support environment. Schedule: Monday through Friday. 100% onsite in Cypress, CA.

Job Responsibility

  • Diagnosing, testing, repairing, and refurbishing returned payment terminals
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Performing soldering and component-level repair work
  • Using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic testing equipment
  • Reviewing schematics, PCB layouts, and service BOMs
  • Documenting repair activity and technical findings within the RMA system
  • Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Bilingual Mandarin required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting or electronics repair
  • Experience in manufacturing, technical repair, or RMA environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office
  • Associate degree or technical/vocational training preferred

  • Stay up to date with changes in immigration law and policies in assigned countries, proactively communicating any potential risks/changes that may impact clients/employees
  • Assess right-to-work requirements for Employee of Records (EORs) and other types of permits
  • Liaise with internal teams for corporate document gathering and work closely with other internal departments to ensure efficient case management
