Job Description

An established banking client with a mandate to increase growth in the region and sustainable development

Job Responsibility

  • Support origination of deals through engaging and pitching to clients and develop new business client relationships
  • Conduct credit analysis and put up credit proposals, due diligence and negotiation of term sheets and documents
  • Sensitivity analysis and building of financial models
  • Working closely with relevant departments, manage, execute and handle the deal process from origination to loan drawdown
  • Evaluate and manage waiver and consent requests etc from clients

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, Engineering and related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in Structured Finance/ Project Finance in Corporate banking
  • Strong financial and credit analysis skills, preferably with financial modelling skills
