Job Description

ATR is looking for the new HO Quality FAL Stations 45 / 50 / 25 / 22 to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Julien Mure’s team: a team of 40 collaborators.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the manager of the ATR quality team on stations 45 SUD / 50 SUD / 25 SUD / 22, including engines preparation and assembly (QOM & inspectors)
  • Drive Subcontractor quality on stations 45/50/25 NORD (TRM, PRM, CRM, KPi follow-up and operationnal priorities)
  • Participation in product activities survey / audit
  • Daily, weekly, monthly operationnal review and technical topics follow-up (QSR, DIT, qualifications, trainings, IT tools, etc.)
  • Be the Quality Unit Leader back-up

Requirements

  • Field of study: Quality in production, industrial, aeronautical maintenance
  • Experience 5-10 years in aeronautics industry, shopfloor
  • ATR aircraft knowledge is a plus
  • Soft skills: Rigor, Autonomy, team work, agility, organisation skills, relation skills
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Nice to have

  • ATR aircraft knowledge
  • Italian language skills
