Job Description:

Ritz Kids Attendant position at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, responsible for creating exceptional recreation experiences for guests while maintaining safety standards and delivering luxury service in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
Promote rules and regulations for safety and welfare of guests
Observe activity in recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Recreation Equipment certification
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces

Nice to have:

No supervisory experience required
