Job Responsibility

  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and maintaining the risk register
  • Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate threshold breaches
  • Participate in Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with various departments
  • Track action plans for risk mitigation and follow up with risk owners
  • Assist in preparing reports for Risk Committees and regulators (e.g., SAMA)
  • Support in identifying fraud, operational, compliance, and third-party risks
  • Ensure compliance with risk-related policies, frameworks, and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
  • 4+ years of risk management experience, preferably within the financial services or FinTech sector
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, and a solid understanding of various risk types
  • Familiarity with KSA financial regulations and an understanding of FinTech risks and regulations in KSA
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Excellent command of English is a must
