Baptist Health is hiring a Risk Manager II to join the Risk Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located at Baptist Medical Center South.

Job Responsibility

  • Manages the daily Risk Management activities of assigned areas to include incident management, claims management to decrease financial loss and enhance patient safety and quality of care
  • Collaborates with employees to identify and implement risk reduction strategies to enhance patient safety and quality care
  • Is responsible for compliance with state and federal reporting requirements and to ensure that their Risk Management Program is in compliance with state and federal laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License required
  • 3-5 Years Risk Management Experience Preferred
  • 3-5 Years Experience working in a health care setting Preferred
