Job Description:

Citi is looking for Summer Analysts to join the Risk Management team. The Risk Summer Analyst program provides a 10-week summer internship with training in risk management, risk governance, and risk best practices, as well as opportunities to work on impactful projects in various Risk disciplines. Analysts receive mentorship, build their skills, and gain business insights to help them transition into full-time opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Work on challenging and impactful projects
assess risk
develop business acumen
build upon leadership skills
deepen knowledge in risk and financial services
add value to the risk organization and firm
undergo foundational training and development sessions
participate in Citi orientation and business overviews
receive mentorship from senior leaders and peers

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative related major (graduating in December 2026 through June 2027)
maintain a GPA of 3.3 or above
interest in Risk Management
creative in solving problems and intellectually curious
strategic and analytical mindset
strong data analytical skills
proficient in MS Office applications
will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
