Job Description:

The Risk Management Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week summer internship for college students that introduces them to Citi and the field of Risk Management. Interns will be involved in various risk-related teams to work on meaningful projects, learn business operations, and participate in mentorship. The program offers orientation sessions and skill-building opportunities as part of Citi's early career initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Work on challenging and impactful projects
assess risk
develop business acumen
build upon leadership skills
deepen knowledge in risk and financial services
ensure Citi’s safety and soundness
enhance capabilities in focus segment
participate in foundational training sessions
paired with junior and senior mentors

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative related major (graduating in December 2026 through June 2027)
maintain a GPA of 3.3 or above
interest in Risk Management
creative in solving problems and intellectually curious
strategic and analytical mindset
strong data analytical skills
proficient in MS Office applications
will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future

Nice to have:

Enjoy statistical analysis for projects and data/modeling validation
solve problems through statistical and non-statistical data exploration and can identify data quality issues
take initiative, ask questions, eager to learn, have a growth mindset, and want to build leadership skills
