Job Description

Citi’s Enterprise Risk Identification function is responsible for the comprehensive risk identification across Citi’s businesses and functions. Risk Identification Execution includes the implementation of the Risk Identification framework, policies and governance in collaboration with the relevant Lines of Defense and supporting various business-as-usual activities in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The individual will be responsible for supporting the execution of Risk Identification on a quarterly cadence and driving integration with other Enterprise programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and support the execution of Risk Identification frameworks including policy, procedures, process and governance
  • Provide active guidance and oversight to the First and Second Lines of Defense for the continued alignment of risk identification, measurement, monitoring and reporting practices across Citi’s businesses and functions
  • Establish and enhance explicit Risk Identification linkages to other risk management framework components / Enterprise programs such as risk appetite, stress testing, etc.
  • Display strong understanding of applicable regulatory guidance and support Citi’s continued efforts to address its various regulatory commitments
  • Review internal and external environment, summarize multiple data sources and display effective writing skills for senior management
  • Support Risk Identification training maintenance and roll-out to applicable stakeholders
  • Support continued enhancement of Risk Identification technology capabilities and user support for the execution of the quarterly Risk Identification process
  • Identify opportunities to add value beyond the scope of formal projects e.g., develop and deliver impactful presentations for senior management and stakeholder decisions, drive closure of identified issues
  • Establish and leverage cross-functional partnerships and network with key internal stakeholders
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • Familiarity with banking products and environment
