Job Description:

This role will lead the Risk Financing and Analytics (RFA) Practice Group strategy and design and own the consulting analytics value proposition for Aon Global Risk Consulting in EMEA. It will be a combination of client focused analytics activity, new business (e.g. supporting tenders) and driving consulting excellence for the RFA practice. In line with Aon’s 3x3 strategy and the need to have an efficient end-to-end analytics process (from client engagement to execution and delivery). The role will also work with the Commercial Risk Solutions Analytics leaders to drive ‘Analyzer’ client innovation, alignment and deployment. The focus is on supporting & driving the firms ‘client facing analytics’ agenda for large corporates (‘Capital for Corporates’).

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Risk Financing Analytics (RFA) agenda for and growth in EMEA
  • Contribute to new business and growth by articulating the value and differentiation of Aon’s RFA capability both internally and externally
  • Guide the creation of Diagnostic and Analyzer tools and other ‘next gen’ analytics to ensure organisational alignment
  • Sponsor and refine relevant ‘emerging’ analytics solutions focused on addressing new forms of volatility e.g., Supply Chain, Climate, Political Risk, Cyber, AI, Reputation, Nat Cat for Corporates etc
  • Engage with Client Leader segments and Industry leaders to identify opportunities and develop best practices in respect of RFA-related client need
  • Identify and implement RFA project delivery best practice processes and tools and training
  • Ensure regular delivery of relevant risk insight to clients (Thought Leadership)
  • Providing leadership to the RFA consulting teams, coaching and guiding the team leaders in conjunction with local country leaders
  • Develop and maintain the RFA 3 year plan for growth and investment and margin expansion

Requirements:

  • Highly numerate background (Degree or Masters)
  • At least one post graduate professional qualification
  • Senior client facing professional in a consulting environment
  • Variety of technical and ‘soft’ skills
  • Expertise in leading and guiding RFA-related opportunities
  • Experience coaching and building a diverse team of professional strategic risk financing consultants
  • Experience engaging with senior business leaders and stakeholders
