Job Description:

As a Risk & Compliance Analyst, you play an important role in supporting the team to implement and enact key risk and compliance framework requirements, helping to safeguard our organisation. You take pride in ensuring Telstra is compliant with all internal and external regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Support the business to manage their compliance obligations and business-related risks
Contribute to the identification and/or development and documentation of key controls
Develop documentation of test plans for key controls
Contribute to the planning and execute control tests and reporting on control effectiveness
Leverage sound interpersonal and influencing skills to develop and maintain relationships
Take accountability for liaising with business stakeholders
Gather relevant sources of information to develop insights and data analytics
Actively contribute to support the planning and delivery of outcomes
Contribute to ongoing technical self-development by proactively researching regulatory bulletins

Requirements:

Relevant Tertiary qualifications or equivalent business experience
Knowledge of operational risk and compliance frameworks
Previous experience with control identification, design, and documentation
Good communication and presentation skills
Effective stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to work with/to tight timelines
