facilitate inclusive workshops

lead second-line initiatives and deep dives

encourage consistency and good practice
Requirements
5+ years experience in risk management
strong understanding of enterprise risk principles including risk appetite, KRIs, and risk assessment approaches
confident using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
understanding of the Three Lines of Defence model
