Job Description

We are seeking a risk and compliance professional to deliver high‑quality second line assurance over critical Vodafone policies by testing, reviewing and evaluating the design and effectiveness of controls across global markets, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to strengthen the overall control environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform end‑to‑end testing and quality reviews of controls covering high‑risk policies and processes in line with agreed assurance frameworks
  • Evaluate the existence, accuracy and operating effectiveness of controls using evidence reviews and process understanding
  • Act as a key point of contact for Policy Champions and Compliance Officers, providing clear, regular and constructive feedback on control quality
  • Identify control gaps, best practices and improvement opportunities, and track mitigation actions through to timely closure
  • Contribute to management reporting and compliance board updates through clear, concise and insight‑driven assurance outputs

  • Knowledgeable in compliance policies, procedures and control frameworks, with the ability to apply sound judgement in complex situations
