Job Responsibility

Leading the operational delivery of our voids and planned works programmes in Sleaford
Instilling ownership and responsibility in your teams, leading and supporting the successful delivery of works, on time and to budget
Leading by example, motivating, incentivising, and developing individuals to achieve KPI targets, including Apprentices
Ensuring Health and Safety measures are in place and monitored
Producing and overseeing KPI based reporting, while implementing corrective actions
Taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new members
Ensuring resources, including subcontractors, plant, and materials are available to deliver the work as planned
Building relationships both internally and externally, encouraging commercial and operational teams to work closely together to ensure the successful delivery of a contract.

Job Responsibility
