Own the stock control strategy across all sites, setting standards and driving continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency
Lead the planning and execution of stock audits, counts, and stocktakes across the estate, ensuring robust processes are in place
Analyse stock data and KPIs to identify shrinkage trends, variances, and opportunities, translating insight into action
Take ownership of cash management policy and compliance across all retail sites, ensuring procedures are followed without exception
Oversee the review and reconciliation of cash reports, investigating and resolving discrepancies and escalating as appropriate
Define and lead the store risk management framework across the estate, covering loss prevention, fraud, security, and compliance
Act as the senior point of contact for store and area managers on all stock, cash, and risk matters
Develop and maintain a suite of MI and performance dashboards to give the business clear visibility of stock, cash, and risk performance
Requirements
3 Years+ experience in a stock control, loss prevention, or retail risk management role, within a multi-site retail, leisure or hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear actions and recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ITIM stock management systems
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a track record of driving process improvement
Sound understanding of retail cash handling, compliance, and governance requirements
