Instead, it's ideal for someone with hands-on experience in insurance compliance, brokerage operations, enterprise risk management, or legal risk transfer-and the curiosity to help design next-generation solutions. You don't need to be a technologist; you just need to know the industry and how to turn real-world challenges into smarter, more intuitive tools for clients.

  • Lead client meetings to discuss successes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Document discussions through detailed meeting notes and action items
  • Product Development Collaboration: Represent the voice of brokers, carriers, compliance teams, and legal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with developers to design new features and enhancements
  • Review and approve new feature releases prior to launch
  • Monitor product updates, track release schedules, and communicate changes internally and externally
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the software
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with marketing to share client success stories and industry insights
  • Support accounting with client billing tasks as needed
  • Research and validate third-party data for integration into core products
  • Track competitor activity and emerging market trends to inform strategy
  • Industry Expertise & Strategy: Ensure all solutions align with evolving compliance standards, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices
  • Stay informed on new risk management regulations and advise internal teams on potential impacts

Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in insurance compliance, brokerage operations, enterprise risk management, or legal contract review
  • Strong understanding of certificates of insurance, vendor compliance, and carrier/broker workflows
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across business and technical teams
  • Proven ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable insights

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with SaaS or Insurtech environments
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies or product management practices
  • Passion for AI, automation, and digital innovation in the insurance space
What we offer:
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Additional voluntary benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Equity participation
