Job Description

You will support the company’s risk and compliance functions by maintaining risk and compliance registers, assisting with risk assessments and supporting reporting and audit activities. The role also includes day-to-day compliance support, updating policies and procedures and assisting with the administration and maintenance of the company’s GRC system.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in maintaining the company’s risk register and updating risk assessments
  • Support risk reporting processes by gathering data, preparing reports and documenting findings
  • Help coordinate internal audits and compliance reviews
  • Provide day-to-day support across all compliance initiatives and activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements
  • Maintain compliance registers and records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in drafting and updating compliance procedures, policies and guidance documents
  • Support the ongoing administration and maintenance of the company’s GRC system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent, relevant industry experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a compliance, audit, or risk support role (financial services, gaming, or fintech desirable)
  • Experience with or exposure to GRC tools (e,g, Archer, Vanta, One Trust)

Nice to have

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
