Job Responsibility:

Providing advice on the design, implementation and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of division-specific compliance and risk frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls
Providing advice on the implementation and promotion of corporate compliance and risk frameworks and policies
Providing consultative guidance on both current and anticipated operational and business risks
Monitoring and reporting on key risk indicators and internal control performance to relevant internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Leadership experience in risk management and compliance in a complex, matrixed financial services (corporate) organisation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence
Demonstrated experience in assessing the level of risk and in developing and executing plans to mitigate risk
Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity and provide pragmatic commercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations
Proven learning agility, analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions
