Job Description:

In this position you are responsible to lead and deliver into the long-term Risk and Compliance plan for IKEA Älmhult AB. Together with your stakeholders you will make sure that the Risk & Compliance activities support the organizational needs and you ensure that activities are integrated in IKEA Älmhult AB’s processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the overall risk management process for IKEA Älmhult AB
Report on risks in a relevant way for different audiences
Secure an effective risk based compliance and internal control practice within IKEA Älmhult AB
Ensure that Safety & Security risks are identified, assessed and treated adequately
Ensure that crisis and continuity management routines and trainings are in place and performed
Actively contribute to the Risk & Compliance community within Inter IKEA Group

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal control and/or internal audit
Experience in working with Health, Safety & Security in an operational position
Experience in relation to property-management is considered to be a plus
