Job Description:

Coordinate and manage credit card lifecycle projects, support digital enhancements and engagement campaigns, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and communicate findings to stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage projects related to the credit card lifecycle
  • support execution of larger-scale initiatives including digital enhancements
  • implement company policies and achieve functional objectives
  • monitor quality and efficiency of tasks
  • provide subject-matter expertise on credit card portfolio dynamics
  • identify and escalate issues impacting product performance or customer experience
  • communicate technical or sensitive information effectively
  • support credit card-related change management initiatives
  • analyze KPIs across the credit card lifecycle
  • develop dashboards and visualizations
  • identify patterns and opportunities using data to support portfolio growth
  • collaborate with teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
  • ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • escalate data issues and suggest improvements
  • monitor risk distribution for alignment with risk appetite
  • conduct data analyses to identify opportunities in credit policy
  • deliver risk reports on time
  • participate in proof of concept for new analytical tools.

Requirements:

  • Background in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields
  • advanced Excel with experience on pivot tables, advanced filters, conditional format, macros, solver, connection with external data and creation of dynamic dashboards with slicers
  • proficiency in any programming language, certifications or proof required, additional points for SAS, SQL and Python
  • intermediate English level to produce comments for global stakeholders
  • ability to learn new concepts independently
  • attention to detail to identify errors and implement controls
  • strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
  • knowledge of Credit Risk including key KPIs like PD, LGD, and CCF
  • knowledge of Financials and profitability ratios like RoTE
  • understanding of Statistics including linear regressions and model performance indicators like Gini, PSI, and confusion matrix.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools for data visualization
  • programming proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python
  • knowledge of additional programming languages.
