Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Head of ERM and the wider team in maintaining and enhancing the Risk Management Framework, including fostering strong risk awareness across the organisation
  • Support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of high quality reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including committees and working groups
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand their priorities and emerging risk issues
  • Provide review and challenge across processes, governance structures, and control environments

Requirements:

  • 2 years or more of risk management experience
  • Good execution skills and an ability to remain resilient under pressure and change
  • Some experience of risk management frameworks and processes
  • Experience of contributing to risk reporting
