Job Responsibility:
Assist in the Support Services and Administrative Operations of the company
Clinical Operations Support - send documents to consumers, home care team members and callers with 100% accuracy to ensure HIPAA compliance
Quality Improvement – assist with ensuring all assessments are uploaded to State system, research quality metrics, perform clinical intake audits
Marketing – help to create a list of businesses in different segments to boost sales and marketing emails to produce monthly screensavers, update the website, assist with google analytics
Human Resources – help with succession planning, working tickets, scheduling interviews, posting positions on social media, and facilitating relationships with University Career Placement Offices
Business Development – work in a team coordinating Request for Proposals, Grant Writing, Accreditations and Contract Management
Finance – help with processing payroll, accounts payable and work with the Revenue Cycle Manager on billing
Social Work – assist Licensed Social Workers in assessment and case management services
Psychology/Sociology – assist Recovery Managers and Assessors of the Specialized Recovery Services (SRS) Program
Information Technology – assist with the HITRUST Assessment Report to ensure CareStar maintains our three-year certification, responding to tickets, equipment troubleshooting, implementing innovations
Requirements:
Work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Currently enrolled or soon to be enrolled in a Degree seeking college program
One-year commitment
Self-motivated and possess an eagerness to learn
Willingness to listen and participate in tasks
Proficient computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
