Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the Support Services and Administrative Operations of the company
  • Clinical Operations Support - send documents to consumers, home care team members and callers with 100% accuracy to ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Quality Improvement – assist with ensuring all assessments are uploaded to State system, research quality metrics, perform clinical intake audits
  • Marketing – help to create a list of businesses in different segments to boost sales and marketing emails to produce monthly screensavers, update the website, assist with google analytics
  • Human Resources – help with succession planning, working tickets, scheduling interviews, posting positions on social media, and facilitating relationships with University Career Placement Offices
  • Business Development – work in a team coordinating Request for Proposals, Grant Writing, Accreditations and Contract Management
  • Finance – help with processing payroll, accounts payable and work with the Revenue Cycle Manager on billing
  • Social Work – assist Licensed Social Workers in assessment and case management services
  • Psychology/Sociology – assist Recovery Managers and Assessors of the Specialized Recovery Services (SRS) Program
  • Information Technology – assist with the HITRUST Assessment Report to ensure CareStar maintains our three-year certification, responding to tickets, equipment troubleshooting, implementing innovations

Requirements:

  • Work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Currently enrolled or soon to be enrolled in a Graduate Degree seeking college program
  • One-year commitment
  • Self-motivated and possess an eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to listen and participate in tasks
  • Proficient computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
