Job Responsibility

Oversee attendance, safety, and crowd control during public skating sessions and private events
Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with phone inquiries
Operate a cashless point-of-sale register for concessions and skate rentals
Rent, fit, and maintain rental skates, including skate sharpening
Enforce rink rules and ensure guest compliance in a friendly but professional manner
Assist with concession stand operations (snacks, drinks, etc.)
Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Support event setup and breakdown as needed

Have and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License
