The Information Support Officer provides high-level operational support. This role is responsible for processing sensitive material while ensuring the efficient delivery of record keeping and workflow management in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Liaise, consult, and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidelines
Undertake complex administrative tasks including precise record keeping and task prioritisation
Handle information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature with total integrity, discretion, and tact
Make considered and ethical decisions based on an understanding of the broader legislative and organisational context
Build and sustain professional relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to maintain and practically apply knowledge of legislative requirements
Exceptional literacy, with the capacity to review large volumes of information (minimum 400 pages per day) accurately
Demonstrated accountability for the quality of results through professionalism, persistence, and transparency in a high pressure environment
Proven ability to negotiate and communicate respectfully with a diverse range of internal and external clients
A high standard of practice in governance and risk management to ensure the safe and legal release of information
