Mammoet is looking for skilled, safety-driven Riggers to join our Crane Operations team on the high-profile CP2 project in Cameron, Louisiana. If you’re ready to work with a world-class crew on some of the most impressive heavy-lift and transport projects in the industry, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and handle auxiliary equipment for lifting, transport and movement of massive project loads
  • Secure loads and ensure job-site safety at all times
  • Assemble and disassemble supplemental equipment supporting main operations
  • Guide crane operators using expert hand signals and radio communication
  • Uphold the highest safety and quality standards in every task

Requirements:

  • NCCCO Rigger 2 or NCCER Advanced
  • Manlift & Forklift Training
  • Experience assembling/disassembling Super Lift cranes
  • Certified Signal Person
  • Strong professional experience in rigging operations
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics
  • Excellent communication skills and situational awareness
  • English proficiency (basic verbal & written)
  • Prior experience in one or more sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil & gas, offshore, ports or mining
  • Safety mindset and willingness to meet Mammoet training standards

  • Strictly follow nuclear site safety rules, including SPA/CCNSG, permit-to-work systems, radiological controls, and isolation procedures
  • Complete pre-job briefs, toolbox talks, and dynamic risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, equipment checks, lifting gear registers, and reporting of defects
