Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a RICP Coordinator with a major corporation, on-site in Orlando, FL.
Job Responsibility:
Primary point of contact for internal customers, initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress
Manage phone calls to ensure that attention is always given to the most urgent materials/requests first
Update and maintain schedule
Schedule meetings with numerous attendees as requested
Reserve conference rooms and order food for meetings
Update and maintain contacts
Assist in special projects as requested
Assist with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget
Sort/prioritize mail
Flag & highlight any relevant articles and advertisements
Review each vendor's Scope of Work (SOW) and add applicable metadata to a SharePoint List
Create deliverable placeholders aligned with SOW expectations in Creative's Project Management software (PMWeb)
Ensure proper synchronization between PMWeb and SharePoint Library
Organize and upload deliverables within SharePoint in accordance with established standards
Route PMWeb workflows for deliverable acceptance based on business logic
Fulfill service requests from project teams and internal partners, including Bluebeam review session administration, watermarking and/or encryption, file transfers and secure sharing, and records retrievals
Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Senior Coordinator and/or Portfolio Manager as needed
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness
Requirements:
Understanding of records and information management principles and best practices
Familiarity with SharePoint and/or other content management systems
Accurate and efficient data entry
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to follow multi-step processes within complex technology systems
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
Ability to manage multiple ongoing requests in a fast-paced environment
3-5 Years
Must be a self started interested in learning about all facets of applicable work
Detailed oriented and well organized

Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department
Must be able to type and use word processing software with database and spreadsheet software ability highly desirable

Nice to have:
Experience with document control, engineering, construction, or project-based environments
Experience with PMWeb or similar project management systems with workflows
Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar document review tools
