Join a dynamic healthcare facility in Jackson, MI, providing comprehensive rheumatology care for adult and geriatric patients. As a Locum Tenens Rheumatologist, you'll have the opportunity to perform a range of procedures such as joint aspirations and injections, supported by a skilled team. Enjoy a flexible schedule with outpatient clinic shifts and 24-hour hospital call coverage two weeks per month.

Job Responsibility:

Provide rheumatology care to adult and geriatric patients
Perform joint aspirations and corticosteroid injections
Manage clinic sessions and hospital-based call
Document patient interactions using the Epic EMR system

Requirements:

Board Certified in Rheumatology
Michigan medical license required
Fellowship-trained in Rheumatology
BLS certification required
Ability to perform clinic and hospital-based rheumatology procedures
Proficient in joint aspirations and injections
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Strong interpersonal and patient management skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Epic EMR preferred
