Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to define and implement QMS requirements for suppliers, ensuring adherence to standards like IATF 16949 and verifying that components and services meet the highest standards of specification and reliability
Risk & Issue Resolution (CAPA): Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and administer the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system across the federated structure to address non-conformities related to hardware, tooling, and operational procedures, ensuring universal application of lessons learned
